This retreat is designed for women aged 20–50 (and beyond!) who love horses — whether you ride regularly or are coming back after time away. It’s perfect for those craving a soulful reset, a bit of adventure, and quality time with like-minded women and well-loved horses.

No need — we provide beautifully trained, kind, and experienced horses for all sessions and rides. You’ll be matched to a safe, experienced horse that suits your energy and riding ability, so you feel safe, confident, and connected.

However, if you have your own horse and would like to have this experience with them we can arrange this with a pre-training program or exposure sessions. 

This retreat suits confident beginners through to experienced riders. You don’t need to be an expert — just comfortable at a walk and trot, with an open heart and adventurous spirit. We’ll tailor every ride to your level.

Absolutely! Guests can come solo, and we love matching kindred spirits. With a maximum of 2 guests per retreat, you’ll feel deeply supported — whether you come with a friend or leave with a new one. With a guide/trainer per guest you will have one on one support to make the experience safe, fun, efficient and memorable.

We’re nestled along the stunning coastline of northern NSW. The exact location is shared upon booking, but expect beachfront vibes, lush bushland, and access to secluded trails and beaches.

Just your riding clothes (boots, helmet if you have one), swimwear (yes — you can swim with the horses!), comfy casual wear and an outfit you love for our trip to dinner. We’ll send you a full packing list after you book.

You’ll stay in a cozy, coastal-style retreat bungalows just steps from the beach. Rooms are beautifully styled, peaceful, and shared only with your retreat partner (if coming with a friend) or reserved privately.

Just two guests per retreat — that’s it. This keeps the experience deeply personal and ensures one-on-one support from your hosts, Beda & Hannah.

You can book via email or direct message — we’ll then send you the booking link and payment details. A deposit secures your spot, with the balance due closer to the retreat date. Payment plans are available — just ask!

The full 2-night, 3-day retreat is $2,950 AUD per person. This price reflects the intimate, all-inclusive nature of your experience — with only two guests per retreat, you’ll receive personal coaching, hand-selected rides, and total presence from your hosts.

What’s not included?
You’ll need to cover your own travel to and from the retreat location (northern NSW). Once you arrive, everything is taken care of.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make your dream retreat more accessible. A non-refundable $750 deposit secures your place, with the balance paid in the lead-up to your retreat. 

Is the deposit refundable?
The $750 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your dates, accommodation, and horse pairing. However, we’re real people — if something serious comes up, we’ll do our best to work with you. You may be able to transfer your spot or reschedule to a future retreat date (depending on notice given).

Why is the retreat limited to only two people?
This experience is intentionally small. We believe real transformation happens in quiet moments, in one-on-one conversation, and through deep connection — with horses, nature, and each other. You’ll feel seen, supported, and truly held from the moment you arrive.
